 In 1981, Jack Fristoe joined the search firm of R.F. Timbers & Company and worked
exclusively on recruitment of Advertising professionals on both the Client and Agency side. In 1987 Jack
bought the firm and it was renamed Timbers & Fristoe. Later in 1993, Robert F. Carleton joined the company,
became a partner in 1995 and Fristoe & Carleton was created. Jill Grimm joined the company in 2000. Tami Tam became our newest recruiter in 2004.
