Prior to joining F&C as a recruiter in 2014, Mandy spent more than seven years in human resources and recruiting for University Hospital Home Care Services and FedEx Custom Critical.

An Ohio native, Mandy lives with her husband, three active children and their four-legged family member, a King Charles Spaniel. She attended Ohio State University and The University of Akron, earning a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from The University of Akron. In her free time, you’ll find her skiing, swimming and traveling, as well as cheering for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Ohio State University football team.
